The Sustainable Sandhills Board of Directors approved a Strategic Plan for 2010 on January 12, 2010. Link to the approved plan.
It's an ambitious plan for the organization, but with measurable and attainable goals. We track our Strategic Plan metrics as we work through the year, and periodically post reports on our progress in our Board meeting records below.
Sustainable Sandhills will update our Strategic Plan annually, and we are committed to transparency with our valued members and maintaining the public's trust in our stewardship of tax-exempt revenue.
A number of tools have been developed for our Board Members to work in their communities. These include some basic talking points and a Powerpoint presentation summarizing our programs for 2009-10. Same as previous presentation but in pdf format. Printable 2 page SS Brochure (coming soon).
